      Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. If that Monday is a holiday, the orders will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday. We ship via the United States Postal Service and Federal Express. For order totals of $30 or less, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $5 (unless otherwise specified) per order for Parcel Post within the United States.  For order totals of $31 or more, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $10 (unless otherwise specified) per order for Parcel Post within the United States. Shipping to domestic locations usually takes between 3 to 7 days. If you choose to have your order shipped Priority Mail within the United States, there will be a flat rate of $15 per order. There is a flat rate of $35 for standard shipping for most* orders shipped to Canada.
      *Large or heavy orders to Canada may incur an additional charge, which would be revealed to the purchaser before shipping.
      **Please note: There is free standard shipping within the United States when Xcel and/or The Perfect Hair Weaver Foiling Combs are purchased. However, if other items are purchased at the same time as these products the normal shipping rates will apply.

      In order to keep our prices as low as possible our return and exchange policy is as follows:
      We at JNxcel Salon Products offer you our 100% satisfaction guarantee on most items. Merchandise must be unused and in its original purchase condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund of the item you have purchased. We will respond within 48 hours providing you with a return address and complete shipping instructions. ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IS SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
      Please note: We can only refund the original shipping charge if we made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you or if the item is defective in any way.
